About G3C
The Gulf of Guinea Green Coastal Corridors (G3C) is a proposed regional coastal shipping initiative designed to transform intra-regional trade by shifting cargo from congested roads to reliable, low-emission maritime transport along the Gulf of Guinea coastline.
G3C will operate scheduled container shuttle services connecting major ports in the region, with a focus on efficiency, reliability, and sustainability. The initiative is structured for phased, scalable development, building on strong partnerships with public and private stakeholders.

Gulf of Guinea Context
The Gulf of Guinea is one of Africa's most dynamic economic regions, home to major ports handling millions of TEUs annually and serving as gateways for landlocked Sahelian countries. Yet intra-regional trade remains below potential, constrained by high logistics costs, port congestion, and unreliable road transport.
G3C is designed to address these challenges by creating a reliable, high-frequency coastal shipping alternative.
Our vision
G3C envisions an integrated coastal shipping network serving the Gulf of Guinea, creating new opportunities for regional trade, reducing logistics costs, and supporting sustainable economic growth under the AfCFTA framework.

Sustainability
G3C is designed as a "green corridor" from inception, with modern fuel-efficient vessels, commitment to modal shift from road to sea, and ESG integration across our management framework contributing to sustainable trade along the Gulf of Guinea.
